Is the shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free across the Canada through Canada Post, FedEx and UPS.
When will I receive my item?
We ship most orders within 2 business days from the date of order if we have received it before 6PM (EST) Monday to Friday.
Any received order after 6PM (EST) and/or during holidays or weekend then it will be considered from the next business day.
We will provide tracking details via email for the order to track it on designated courier's website.
Can I change or return my item?
Changing Your Order
We know mistakes can happen! Since we ship orders pretty quickly, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order if you’d like to make a change. We’ll do our best to update your order if it hasn’t been processed yet.
Returns
We don’t usually accept returns for change of mind, as opened boxes are considered used and can’t be resold.
If you still decide to return an opened product, no worries—you can! Just note that a restocking fee will apply. You’ll find the details on our Refund Policy page.
