Return information

This return policy is valid for the Canada only.

You have a right to return 14 days from the date of arrival of your order.

Contact us via email at support@yorklenses.com for return label and we will send it digitally. You can print it and return the package.

Note: Only products in NEW* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.

*New = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 48 hours using the payment method you used when ordering.

All purchase considered as a FINAL PURCHASE. We accept product back under receipt of faulty product or DOA (Dead On Arrival). It is customer's responsibility to notify us for DOA or Faulty product within 1 day to get replacement or refund from the time of delivery.

For Change of Mind : 

If you wish to return within 14 days under the change of mind condition from the delivery date then we will refund upto 60% depending on product condition. Product must not have any scratch or dent and must be in returnable condition with all original package contents to qualify for a refund. If any damage/s occurs during the returning the product, York Lenses have a right to reject the returned item and will issue 0 (zero)% refund to the customer/s. 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment :

All orders will be updated with shipping details within 2 business days under standard shipping. We offer free cancellation anytime before order gets shipped.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
