Shipping policy

Free Shipping On ALL Orders


We offer free regular shipping on all orders. York Lenses ships orders of any size to any address in the Canada with no extra cost. To make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible, and with the greatest variety of cost options, we ship through Canada Post, FedEx, & UPS.

Please spare some time and go through our shipping policy. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time:

Orders cut off time is 6:00 PM (GMT-05.00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto).
All orders are processed within 0-2 days (Mon-Fri). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time:

We ship all orders with confirmed payments within 2 business days and deliver all orders within 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date of receiving the orders.

Shipping Location : 

We ship orders either from Canada or Hong Kong depending on the stock availability.


We ship through Canada Post, FedEx, & UPS.

If you haven’t received your order within 2-3 Weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@yorklenses.com with your name and order number, and we will look into the matter asap.

Please note: The shipping and delivery times displayed on the website are estimates provided to York Lenses by dispatch centers and courier services we have partnered with. Deliveries to certain areas for instance rural locations may experience further delays which is beyond our control. It is the buyers responsibility to be informed if their location falls under rural or locations with lower courier service coverage.

In addition, the actual delivery of the orders can be impacted by many events beyond York Lenses control which could include weather conditions, courier service delays due to different governmental regulations, and customs processing delays (if the delivery address is out of the Canada).

Please note that we don't ship to PO Box address. Provided address in order details must be verified and according to the Google Map to avoid event of loss of shipment. 

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. York Lenses cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and York Lenses is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.  

We cannot change shipping addresses after your order is confirmed. In an event that you need to change the shipping address, you need to contact us before the item is shipped and cancel your order. After the cancellation of your order, you may place a new order with the correct shipping address.

York Lenses cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a great shopping experience.

We advise that you always allow several days beyond the expected delivery dates noted on our website for unexpected delays that may be caused beyond our control to avoid disappointments. If you wish to receive your order for a special occasion such as a birthday or before a trip we advise that your order is placed with us well in advance.

Overall, shipping times may vary depending on the shipping destination.

Furthermore, delivery of your order may be subject to the availability of inventory in our Distribution Centers. If the order is in stock in our local distribution centers, we will dispatch it the next business day to receive it within the timeline noted on your order.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. The majority of courier services do not operate on weekends and holidays which does not allow us to ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Ready and available products will be shipped within one to two business day after placing your order. Some orders may be delayed due to shipping or short of inventory, in which case we will get the product and ship it under most priority. If a product is delayed beyond the expected ship date with valid reason then, we will notify you via email or telephone and the order will be treated under mutual agreement by York Lenses and Customer.

We may divide your order into multiple shipments depending on the availability of the products at the time of processing.

In terms of export to out of CANADA : York Lenses cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not make it through the local customs and are destroyed due to the item being illegal in the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for complying with their local laws and should be aware of all the documentation needed to be provided to the courier services for the release of the item before committing to placing their orders. Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process. 

All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies and as shown via tracking numbers are considered delivered. York Lenses cannot be made liable for non-delivery in such cases. The customer can open a claim with the courier company in such cases and report to them the non-delivery. 

If the address to which the package is sent and other contact information is the correct address and contact information as provided by the customer, York Lenses cannot be held liable if a package is returned.  

As an e-commerce business, we understand that our customers rely on our shipping policy to ensure that their orders arrive on time and in good condition. That's why we take our shipping policy very seriously and strive to make it as transparent and easy to understand as possible.

In addition to this, we provide tracking information for all orders, so you can monitor your package's progress from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. This ensures that you are always up-to-date on your order's delivery status and can plan accordingly.

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, such as inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and work with our shipping partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
